Focus Hybrid is a group personal training model that combines the coaching services of personal training with the energy and dynamic of group workouts. We wanted to deliver a group personal training system that ticks a number of boxes to help prepare your body for anything and get you #fitforapurpose. So we help you build strength, improve mobility, learn skills and develop energy systems with one program.
Each session is coach led and we ensure you get that personal level of coaching. You can log each session on our training app so you have a full workout history and can ensure you are progressing.

We run 3 different Hybrid workouts each week:

Workout A on Monday/Tuesday
Workout B on Wednesday/Thursday
Workout C on Friday/Saturday

Session times:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am, 7am, 10am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 10am, 6pm, 7pm
Thursday: 6am, 7am, 10am, 6pm
Saturday: 8.30am, 9.30am

You can book 3 sessions per week via our GoTeamUp booking app. You will also get unlimited access to the gym and our official Hyrox classes.
